Problems with panorama's

Hi,
I bought jAlbum yesterday and have been busy all day and today to figure out how to properly display panorama images.
I found all kinds of settings and followed all suggestions I could find but didn't succeed.
See:

(demo album no longer exists)

for examples. The 6th and 7th image do show a flat version of the full pano and the rest only show a black page.
I found: Tiger-Lightbox-Main Image and checked "auto detect panoramas" and "use 360 player"
Under Images I have tried image bounds settings of 8192x4096 and later 8000x2000
Clicking an image and then "Edit" I found under image data a checkbox for Panorama and under 360° image a checkbox for that
I tried all kinds of combinations but my hopes are fading....

It isn’t just the image bounds, for 360 degree panoramic images they must be either 4096x2048 px or 8192x4096. See https://jalbum.net/help/en/Skin/Tiger/Lightbox/Main_image if you haven’t already.

Your image is not recognized as a valid 360° panorama. The original is not present in the album, and the slide image is too small. Check if Settings / Images / Advanced / Copy originals if needed is enabled. Also, on the Edit mode / 360° image panel, check if 360° image is enabled.

(It seems I will have to fix the vertical positioning.)

Just from the cheap seats, if you allow.

Where is „*Edit mode / 360° image* panel“ I can't find that.

I also have some 360° Panos, some of them work, some not. And they are way bigger than 4096x2048 px or 8192x4096 px.

Does work:
19956 x 8276
19834 x 8434
20200 x 8394
20168 x 8391
20190 x 8370

Does not work:
20200 x 8334
20192 x 8326

So, I think the info that only „4096x2048 px or 8192x4096 px“ works is wrong in the first place.

To me the option „Use 360° player“ is the wrong concept. I do have ordinary (2D) panos and 360° panos in the same album. If I choose „Use 360° player“ then the ordinay panos look bad.

There should be two different option per picture (as a radio button option of course)

1) „Use 360° player“
2) „2D panorama“

Here are the panos I'm talking about.

@Laza: If you need the originals to dig further, please let me know.

Maybe this panel is visible only when the picture is 4096x2048 px or 8192x4096 px?

If the image being edited isn't recognized as a 360° pano, that edit panel doesn't appear.

<LOL>

To me then this is a bug. Because (as my demo 360°-panos show) some pictures are shown correct as 360° panos, but some not.

Which is wrong in the first place. Because afterwards, when the images are processed, some pictures are handled like panos anway. I'm out for today. :-)

Hi Laza,
Thanks for the reply.
I changed some settings:
In Images>General I unchecked Scaled images and checked Originals
Changed output from AVIF to JPG

I checked for each image the 360 image box (had already done that for some images in the previous version)
I did not change what I already had set:
I had set image bounds tot 10000x2000
Had the images scaled in photoshop to 8192x4096

Still doesn't work
see:

(demo album no longer exists)

In your screenshot I see that your image is 19956x8276 px, that is not a 2:1 ratio. Maybe that's why it isn't recognised as a 360 image
