Hi, I just removed from Windows to Linux Mint. Can I install jAlbum without losing my albums?

Yes, copy the "My Albums" folder to your home directory on Linux. It will then show up in jAlbum if you select the "My Albums" project group. If not, create a new project group and point it to the "My Albums" folder. Now you can see and open the projects again.

Thanx! The My Albums folder (and a lot of other documents..) did I extract from my backup to Documents in Linux.
I have to install jAlbum and the Jupiter-skin again on Linux. Hopefully I have my own settings back?

If you copied the files in your Configuration folder, as the wiki instructions tell you, all of your default settings will come back. The individual project settings are saved with the projects, so those are also preserved.

I understand, but because of the move to Linux Mint, I have no idea where to find the configuration folder, which path.

Launch jAlbum. Choose Tools > Open directories > Config directory. On either platform, that will show you where it is.
