Account Question

I see that with jAlbum version 39.3 I am asked for account information when I launch the program, which never happened before. I did create an account using my registration info, but I didn't sign up for any storage or extend my support subscription. Just wondering if there is any cost just for having an account.. Thank you.

There is a charge only for a license with storage, or for updates beyond the first year for a license alone. There is no charge for simply having a username.

It appears that your support agreement ends about a week from now, so this will be the last free update you'll receive.

This issue will now be fixed by an auto-update. Just launch jAlbum and restart it when prompted. This gives you v39.3.1
