Display a random photo from a large album?

Is it possible to have a link or page that is a random picture/slide from an entire album? I have family photos that are now thousands of photos. It'd be great to see a random picture from the entire album.

No, not in Photoblogger.

Tiger and Story support a feature that lets them display random images from the subfolder(s) as the hero background.
