An old saved setting causing havoc!

Oh, this one is fun. ;)

If a project was created with an older version of jAlbum, and the user had, for some mysterious reason, chosen to de-select Process directories or Include subdirectories in index pages, those settings were saved. Opened in the current version of jAlbum, one of those settings is still preventing the inclusion of directories, and is blocking the production of pages for views entirely.
I'm not sure whether it's includeDirectories or subdirs in the variables in the project file that's causing the trouble.

The current jAlbum version either needs to ignore those settings entirely, or force them to true.

Ok, these settings are now ignored in v38.0.2 (set to true)
