It's finally working! I decided to delete the contents of My Album on my Windows 11 computer and I uploaded the files again. This time, instant success! I don't understand what happened the first time, perhaps the "My Album" files were corrupted the first time I downloaded them. It's all part of a continuing mystery as I try to learn and force myself to accept the differences of Windows 11. I still can't get it to print unless I close and restart my computer each time I want to print something. It's all very frustrating and time consuming. I really miss the simplicity of Windows 7!

I want to thank everyone for their generous help in solving this mystery of the missing files! I can't wait to start experimenting with the different skins.
