After installation, the version is still at 37.5.6.
I redownloaded as I thought might have picked up the wrong version. Still 37.5.6

Did they pull out 37.6 ?

Moved to new thread, beta posts are usually locked on release of the final version.
It might just be an oversight of the reported version, if you go to Menu>File>Import> do you see Google photos… ?

Either way can you state what platform you downloaded for, Windows, Mac, Linux, Anything.

Try a complete uninstall: Uninstall, then ensure that no files are left under C:\Program\JAlbum. Now reinstall. Don't worry, this won't affect your existing projects and settings.

I experience the exactly same problem - I installed the update via the mail I got - but it's still 37.5.6!

Then I downloaded the file once again from this site (and the properties says it's 3.7) - installed it... and get the option to Edit, Repair or Delete. So It is the same version as the one they're linking to in the mail! I have restarted my desktop PC.

So I guess I have to uninstall etc.

Thanks - this worked fine, and I'm now at ver. 37.6 :-)
