Opening Web location in a NEW TAB target="blank"

Is it possible in jAlbum's "Web location" feature, which you can use by clicking the New Page icon (or right-clicking in the Explore window) and selecting "Web location" to force the page to open in a new TAB conform the target="blank" option?

Photoblogger > Main content > Folders > Open web locations in new window.

I found this by clicking the "magnifying glass" at upper right, to do a search, and typing web.

Jeff typed ‘web’ in the search field and picked the result from the list that resulted, clicking the result takes you to that setting.

Indeed. Instead of posting a question, then waiting for someone to answer it, you can often find what you're looking for by yourself, immediately.
