License activation problem

Can I get instructions as well? I get a "Can't reach jAlbum server: (certificate_unknown) PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SuNCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target". I assume this will circumvent that.
