Help Button in Story skin

Is there a way to incorporate Help into Story skins (similar to Tiger)? I tried to duplicate Tiger project and then changing to Story skin - Help gets dropped .

Moving the cursor over a button usually gives hints. I didn't include the Help window because I thought the usage was clear enough. Can you please write what you would include on that panel, and what's unclear?
