Ist es möglich, hier auch ein eigenes Bild (ähnlich Hintergrundbild) selbst hinzuzufügen?

Add the picture to jAlbum and use it as a Theme image - this is how every skin works. You can exclude it if you don't want to see it in the lightbox.

Welche Bildgröße wäre hier optimal, sodass es am Desktop und in der mobilen Ansicht gut aussieht?

The skin generates the optimized sizes for desktop and mobile. You should use the original as input. For an HD-resolution desktop, the original has to be 1980px wide at least.

Danke, ich habe mir gerade das Thema durchgelesen und werde es auch so, ohne volle Breite (Einstellungen, siehe Bild im Anhang) übernehmen.

In der mobilen Version gibt es, um so kleiner das Handy ist, die Probleme, dass es sich nach links ausrichtet.
Das müsste, wenn es kleiner wird, sich zentrieren und nicht links ausgerichtet sein.
Vielleicht kann man das korrigieren.
