Folders Do Not Appear Blues

I created five folders with ~10 photos each.

I created a New Project and dragged the five folders into it. All five folders appeared.

I then clicked "Make Album". Only three of the folders appeared in the resulting album folder, along with the usual suspects: res and thumbs folders and the lifeboat.zip, album.rss and index.html files. Each of the three folders also contained their corresponding thumbs and slides folders along with album.res and index.html files.

So why did only three of the five submitted folders appear in the album folder?

FWIW, I am using the free version, is that my issue?

Thank you for any help.

There is a maximum of 24 images that can go in a free version.
See the details of the free version at https://jalbum.net/en/purchase

If you want to go further with jAlbum you need the appropriate licence/storage plan.
Remember, you have a 30 money back guarantee.

Yes, it's most likely the limitation of the free version of jAlbum. Did you not receive this dialog when hitting "Make album":
