Wo kann ich die Namen Cart oder Warenkorb ändern bzw. übersetzen?

The German translation is incomplete, unfortunately.

The "Cart" button doesn't have a customization option on the User Interface, but you can add your own version on the Settings / Tiger / Advanced / Custom keys box, e.g.:

cart=Warenkorb

(It would be better to have a decent translation, though.)

In the Feedback, you can customize almost every label; see attachment.

Habe cart eingetragen. Es ändert sich nichts?

It was untranslateable. Now I have fixed this.

I also let Google Translate add the missing German labels, so if "Warenkorb" is fine, you don't have to add the custom key.
