Viewer not working on website

Today, when I opened jAlbum it ask to download a video player. Now the video will not play after I have downloaded the website. When I select the video, which doesn't have an arrow anymore, it just downloads the video to my computer. I would like to go back.

The new viewer does work when I am on the local server but I would rather have the previous way the viewer worked on the webpage.

Can you make that original video available to me for testing? What format is it?
What operating system are you using?

You can revert to the the old ffmpeg version like this:
1) Select Tools->Open directories->Config directory
2) Open the "bin" directory
3) Rename "ffmpeg" to "ffmpeg-new" (or "ffmpeg.exe" to "ffmpeg-new.exe")
4) Rename "ffmpeg-old" to "ffmpeg" (or "ffmpeg-old.exe" to "ffmpeg.exe")
5) Retry within jAlbum.

The problem you're facing does sound more like an issue with settings and not the updated video processor (ffmpeg). It sounds to me like you're not actually having the video processed. This leads to the web browser downloading it instead of playing it. Anyway, I have very little info to work with here, not even a link to the failing gallery, so I await more info from you.

I changed the ffmpeg.exe file and it works fine. I did not send you the website because it is password protected. I can change the file back and send you my website information if you would like to troubleshoot.
