Keywords in tag cloud with more than one word not working properly

Hi Laza,

I'm a big fan of the "Tag-Cloud". Most of the terms I use are just one word. The ones with more than this having a problem.

If I give someone a link with a one word tag everything is fine. Like this one:
https://www.markus-drueck.de/norge/index.html#label=Stockholm

But this one will not work:
https://www.markus-drueck.de/norge/#label=Nasjonale%20Turistveger

I get:

“Nasjonale Turistveger" Nicht gefunden

which is „“Nasjonale Turistveger" Not found“.
