I'm using the minimal skin in dark and when uploading mp4's to an album some of them upload with no problems but some just won't upload and get this error message:
"skipped due to error: Java.io.IOException Error during video creation. Please review video settings. ffmpeg process terminated abnormally with code 1: Conversion failed!
I have tried to convert the file into other formats but each time I get the same error message. How can I fix this. I did not change the settings on videos and I am using the default settings for the minimal skin for videos.

I'm assuming that you're getting this error when making an album, not when uploading the finished album to the server.

One quick thing to try:

• Launch jAlbum.
• Now choose Tools > Open Directories > Config directory. This will open a File Explorer or Finder window.
• Shut down jAlbum.
• In File Explorer or Finder, open the bin directory.
• Delete ffmpeg.exe.
• Launch jAlbum again - this will force jAlbum to fetch a new copy of the ffmpeg executable.

Now try to make the album again.
