Password is asked multiple times when uploading

Hi,
I'm uploading to a private server via sftp.
I do not store the password in the jalbum server settings, so I have to enter them every time when I do an upload.
This is fine for me, but: After starting the upload jalbum is asking me again and again for this password.
This is annoying. It should be internally stored while the session/upload is running.
Regards

Yes, perhaps. But there's really no reason not to store the password in your jAlbum server settings. The file is local, so it's not visible to anyone who doesn't have access to your PC, and it's encoded in the file.

Hi,

reopen this.

I do not agree totally, also a local file can be hacked, and I'm much more happy to have passwords only in my password safe, where I can better control them.

It would much better when the password is saved in the minimum for the single upload, or maybe better for the whole session.

Could also be a checkbox in the password dialog (remember for this upload/session).

Regards
Jens
