expandedPaths is null

Not sure when this started happening, but from a cold launch of jAlbum 36.0.4, if I click Add and grab a half-dozen images, and give the project a name, I'm getting the attached console error. If I then try to Make Album, I'm getting the attached popup window, and the attached build error.

If I just save, close, and re-open the project, the build works fine.

And even with a successful build, I'm getting this one-liner in the console:
Render thread reported error: java.lang.NullPointerException:
Cannot invoke "java.util.Enumeration.hasMoreElements()"
because "expandedPaths" is null

No errors when I drop back to jAlbum 36.0.0, so this is tied to one of the core updates.

Just confirmed the error. Removed the jalbum-cor.jar file and reverted to the old one, 36.02 and there is no error.
