Hi,

some years back I reported a problem which couldn't be solved because I was not able to reproduce it. Now I found out how I can trigger it. I was not able to find that old thread but I do have a screenshot.

To reproduce it:
  • Open a project
  • Use the <Details> view (not <File name>, nor <Title>, nor <Comment>, nor <Keywords>
  • Just put the cursor into the edit field "File name"
  • Press <Ctrl><Shift><O>
  • The content of the edit field is now right aligned.
  • The same goes for the "Title", "Added", "Modified" field.
  • But not for the "Comment" field, here, the right thing happens, the output folder opens in the Windows Explorer.

Happy fixing. :-)

Cheers, Markus

This doesn't happen on my Mac, so it is either Windows or the user ;)
Why do you want to open the output folder when in edit mode anyway?

Because I would like to use any shortcut when I want it, regardless of where I am. Maybe that sounds a little awkward. ;-)

Marcus, I've addressed this in v36.0.2 now. I also addressed the keyboard navigation issue (left and right arrow not navigating to the previous or next object). To get the update use Tools->External tools->jAlbum core update.

You're welcome Marcus. I probably didn't notice this one as I'm on Mac and Mac has CMD+SHIFT+O to open the output directory.
