This is not an uploading error message - this message appears to be coming from the album build.

Install jAlbum 36, reinstall the Tiger skin, then try making the project again.

Well, at least reinstall Tiger. Then try a little test album - default settings, just a handful of images. Do you still get that error?

I guess, I could find the reason, even though the error message cannot be more unhelpful. Will update the skin soon.
