Obsolete skins are still available. On this site, choose jAlbum Software, Previous Versions, then scroll all the way to the bottom and choose List all legacy skins.

But you really shouldn't be making albums with these old skins. They're no longer standards-compliant and, in particular, they are ill-suited to mobile devices. Time to take a look at the current skins, and find a couple that you like.

ETA: In place of Turtle I would suggest Tiger. In place of MatrixSlide, I would suggest Triton. But you should also look at some of the sample albums for other current skins - you might find something you like better.
