Is there a way to reduce the height of the top bar?

To save space on my iPhone I will not use theme images. Is there a way to reduce the height of the top bar to less than 110px?

The 110px is the minimum because it has to accommodate the title, the buttons, and the Start slideshow button. In portrait mode, this should not be too much, but landscape mode can be a pain for every webpage with a 2:1 aspect ratio window (or even larger).
