The skin plays no role in uploading the album, so I'll move this thread to the Uploading section of the forum.
The progress bar doesn't accurately reflect which file it's currently processing. I suspect, in this case, that it's uploading one of the larger files, like the lifeboat.zip file, or it might be creating the manifest file. ETA: but given that the upload is only 10MB, even those processes should happen in milliseconds.
Does it actually get stuck, so that you have to abort the process? Or does it just do a long pause before finishing?
