Dark vs Light UI

Hi, I bought jAlbum last month thinking I would be able to change the user-interface (UI) from the dark one to the light one but I can't. I've been through the settings and as well as physically not being able to see because everything is dark on dark, I couldn't locate a setting to change this. I tried selecting the plain background but that didn't help either. Is there something I'm not doing? please help.

On a PC, choose Tools > Preferences > General > Look And Feel, and try FlatLight.

On a Mac, it's jAlbum > Settings > General > Look And Feel.

I'm with you - with the default "dark" L&F, I can't see a thing

ETA: On a PC, I prefer the <System default> L&F, but on a Mac, that choice is a bit of a disaster. It's not the colors that are the problem - it's some of the panel layout choices. That's not jAlbum's fault - it's down to the developers of the L&F.

Sounds bad. Can you pass a screenshot of jAlbum's Preferences window and also tell what OS you're running?
