Almost certainly not. The coding on the Jupiter slide page is basic HTML/CSS, with some Javascript to shrink the image to fit the viewport, if necessary. Extending that to a "zoomer" would be a bit much.
You might want to play with Neptune or Saturn, which include that functionality (see the Slides tab in either skin).
But remember, even in those skins, the slide image will never be displayed larger than its intrinsic size. In other words, if the slide image is 1200x800 pixels, and you're seeing the image at that size on your monitor, there is no more detail to zoom in on. Enlarging would make the image bigger, but blurry. Sort of pointless. There are no "hidden" pixels, waiting to be revealed. So, in those skins, you might want to use much larger image bounds than the defaults, so that the slide images really are more detailed.

I used to work with BluPlusPlus skin, which is not longer supported in the newer jAlbum versions.
Now I am looking for a new skin and will try the other skins....
