Tiger3 Site/Typography on MacBook Pro and iPad
Posted: 25 Jan 24, 22:25

Why do characters look different when viewed on Mac or iPad? I used Exo 2 fonts.
See the attached screen shots, (IMG_0201.png is from iPad). By the way on Mac the font are white, on iPad are black.

Thanks

Fabio

Clear the browser cache on your Mac.

I'm seeing black Exo 2 text on all devices/browsers - Windows/Brave, macOS/Safari, and iOS/Safari (phone).

Your phone is also not showing the Exo 2 font. You need to clear the browser cache.

The short story is that Google fonts and font colors should appear the same on every device. If they don't, it's because of browser caching. There can be no other cause.

OK, I cleared the cache on my devices and now I see the correct font & colors.

By the way, how to change the background color of the folders? Please see the attached screen shot.

Thanks

It's controlled by the Settings / Site / Design / Boxes / Background color setting.
