Neptune Skin -- Can full-screen state be persistent from page to page? How?

Neptune skin --- I'm enjoying using the Neptune skin, and I like the clean look of full screen (no distracting browser bars). Even if my visitors choose full-screen on the first page, when clicking on a folder image, the folder page comes up NOT in full screen, and they have to click full-screen again to get rid of the browser bars.

Is there a setting, or some other method, of making it so the full-screen state can persist from one page to the next within my site?

No browser will allow a web page to be opened in fullscreen mode. It's a security thing, because otherwise, a site would be able to mimic another site, and do things like stealing logins and passwords.
