Collaborative album - emailed images reported but not retrieved

I was sent an email with 13 images which I forwarded to jimberry@jalbum.net changing the subject to "vacunym.com/Albums/Xmas2023/Gayndah".

Jalbum then sent me two messages with subject of Received 13 image(s) to inbox for album "vacunym.com/Albums/Xmas2023/Gayndah" and also two messages confirming that I had sent the images.

I then used the jAlbum client to fetch the photos from the inbox, but they did not appear in the project GUI.

This is not an urgent problem, since I have possession of the images and have been able to add them to the project by saving from the original email.

However, does it indicate a bug or have I done something incorrectly?

Was the total size of the images emailed below 25MB, as that is the maximum supported.

Thanks !
Yes, that was definitely a problem, but even with a single image of 3.5 MB attached, the image was not added automatically.

There are 13 images waiting in your inbox in the folder vacunym.com/Albums/Xmas2023/Gayndah/, so the images was received correctly.

I can't unfortunately check if the API the client is using to get the list of images waiting in the inbox reports the correct files. But I see you have been sent other images after that (to a Bali-folder). Did you get those?

Is the folder name correct?

Those 13 images have been added to the correct album.

The Bali photos have not been added automatically by clicking on "Fetch new images" but I have since added them manually.

This problem may have been caused by copying and renaming an earlier collaborative project and changing the locations of the Image and Output directories. I will henceforth start any new collaborative projects using my saved default project and clicking the "Attach inbox" box.
