Filtering across multiple folders - Not working

I've recently added the use of filtering to some of my Story projects. In cases where I have multiple folders, it works within each folder. But although the filter button appears at the level above the folders, it doesn't seem to work (i.e., nothing happens when clicked). The Search across folders works, but not the Filtering.

I tried this on Chrome & Firefox with the same results.

Yes, this is by design. This filtering can only reduce the image collection.
