In recent years, I've been traveling a lot in Scandinavia, mainly in Norway and Svalbard. Recently, I made my way to Iceland. For most travelers, the plane is probably the mode of transport of choice. However, I chose the ferry from Hirtshals (Denmark) via Tórshavn (Faroe Islands) to Iceland. The journey takes 3.5 days.
