Interesting. This is not skin-specific. See
exbias.png - it will display that way in any skin. The Windows properties seem to be OK - see
winprops.png.
But I took your image and opened it in
EXIF Pilot. I simply re-entered the value:
-0.3. And now, it displays correctly. See
exbias2.png.

I have no idea what would cause this, but there must be something in that field that is upsetting the metadata extractor, which is not a jAlbum creation - it's a third-party app. Perhaps you should file a bug report with them:
