The web location album object in the
Explore view is just like any other object. You can add a
title and/or a
comment to the thumbnail. In
Plain, the sitemap will show both of them, rather than some raw ugly text. The menu on the left also uses the
title if there is one.
If you're adding a web location that is a jAlbum-produced album, it automatically tries to extract both. For example, add this web location, and it will come in with both a
title and a
comment:

As far as opening a web location in a new tab, that violates basic web page rules - links, at least theoretically, should open in the same tab, unless the user CTRL-clicks the link. But some skins (hint, hint) do offer the option of having them open in a new tab always. See screenshot.
