Improving Web Location info

I'd like to see this on Plain, but it may be a feature request applicable to other skins. And is it David or Laza to possibly implement/tweak the change?

To add a web location is now a simple blank asking only for a URL and an image. One can see the result in the attached. The problems are one could have a long URL that really doesn't provide any information and also the link does NOT open in another blank tab.

A sample album is at:

I think it would be much cleaner if the web location used a title and if clicked on, opened in a new tab (or offered the option).

So in the sample album, the web locations would instead read:

The Louvre
The Metro
Tour Eiffel

Any change would also need to be looked at in the Sitemap.

The web location album object in the Explore view is just like any other object. You can add a title and/or a comment to the thumbnail. In Plain, the sitemap will show both of them, rather than some raw ugly text. The menu on the left also uses the title if there is one.

If you're adding a web location that is a jAlbum-produced album, it automatically tries to extract both. For example, add this web location, and it will come in with both a title and a comment:

As far as opening a web location in a new tab, that violates basic web page rules - links, at least theoretically, should open in the same tab, unless the user CTRL-clicks the link. But some skins (hint, hint) do offer the option of having them open in a new tab always. See screenshot.
