Lightbox not working properly

I've been revisiting the shopping cart, trying various options with a test project and a small test album, generating new albums to view the results. But the lightbox info panel keeps disappearing and it's only after lots of clearing of folders, regenerating new albums etc that I can get it back.

The problem varies; at the moment clicking on a thumbnail doesn't even do anything, or may just display the JPG with nothing else, I don't get the lightbox at all. You can see the latest version here: http://robertcunnew.uk/Test.

Can anyone help?

I know very little about the shopping cart functionality, but I'm seeing a consistent browser console error in the Javascript:

all.min.js?v=5.1.0:9 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'split')
    at Object.getPriceRange (all.min.js?v=5.1.0:9:21014)
    at all.min.js?v=5.1.0:24:16259

That's almost certainly what's killing the lightbox display.

You don't seem to have any pricing options under Tiger > Sections > Shopping cart > Pricing. I suspect you have to have something there.

If I supply prices etc in the shopping cart settings window then it does work OK, you're quite right.

But my understanding is that you can supply prices for particular images instead, which is what I've tried to do. I don't want to give global prices as not all images are going to be available as prints.

I'll have to let Laza clarify this. I just have a memory flag set that there has to be a global price, but then each image can have its own, unique shop options.

Thanks but I'm not sure if it does, I'm sure I remember when I was looking at the shopping cart a couple of years ago that you could have no global prices and just specify prices in Image
Data>Shop Options for those individual items to be made available. Images without this information wouldn't be available for sale.

Thanks, that sounds promising ... But I've just tried it and it doesn't work for me. I have shopping cart enabled, with global price information and minuses for images or folders to be excluded, and clicking on thumbnails does nothing, I can't get the lightbox.

Thanks again, Rob. I tried again, first clearing all jAlbum stuff from the image folders - and it works. Now I can start testing the cart properly.
