That's my doing. The descriptions were just screen clutter and usually self-evident, things like "Discuss this skin here..." What else would a forum section called Tiger indicate? Or a forum section titled Forum information with a description of "Information about the forum" - do people really need to have that explained to them?

The download links in the section titles too often led to accidental clicks - trying to open the forum section, if you weren't careful, you'd land on the skin download page, instead. Worse on a mobile than a desktop. Instead, there's now a sticky thread at the very top of each section - screenshot. Of course, if you're trying to get the latest update, just choose the skin in the app, and you get a notification that there's a new version, with an update link built in.
