I'm sorry, I have been searching this thread for a solution to my problem but could not find it.
All has been working perfect until today I tried to upload a new album via ftp to my own domain. Each time I got this pop-up error message (see attached).
Please help !
Thanks for your input.

It might help to try one of the other FTP options. Go to Tools > Upload/Manage, then look at the Type choices. If you're currently using edtFTPj, try switching to fpt4j, and vice-versa.

The most stable choice is SFTP, but your web host has to support it. You might have to check with them to find out what port number they're using for SFTP (there isn't really a standard, unlike regular FTP).

Helpful
I Googled that error code:

451 FTP Response code

It is a transient negative response, which means the error condition is a temporary one. It is usually sent in response to the server encountering an unexpected local error when processing data it is transferring or receiving.

Perhaps worth to check with those who administer your server

Thanks for your reply guys, the host server had changed my password for some unknown reason. Now all is working fine. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
