Well, the exact same settings with your ID doesn't work, meanwhile with mine does work. I guess you don't have a right to sell on PayPal. I haven't met such a case before. PayPal says you can't pay for this seller.

test album
Please don't buy :)

Another issue is using the https:// page, meanwhile, you don't have a valid certificate.

I have requested the isp to correct the certificate error. Could that be the only issue?

I spent 40 minutes on the phone this morning making sure that everything worked on their side. They confirmed that it was OK.

Are you or Jalbum registered with the Paypal development guys?

I am not sure if this will help others but I wanted to share this solution from PayPal.

Thank you for contacting PayPal Global Technical Support. I'm sorry to hear of the troubles.

I've visited your site and see that you need to change your PayPal Encrypted Website Payments setting.
If you previously blocked payments from unencrypted buttons, here’s how to accept all payments:
1. Go to your Account Settings.
2. Click Website payments on the left.
3. Click Update to the right of "Website preferences".
4. Select Off under "Block Non-encrypted Website Payment".
5. Your changes are automatically saved.
Once saved, payment should process as normal.

Thanks for sharing. It seems they have introduced this requirement lately. In my opinion, this is the minimum for a website dealing with money.
