Title and Comments

I have a title for my picture and a comment. I want the title in bold and the comment in just ordinary type. However, when I upload the comment and title both appear in ordinary type, not bold and ordinary type as I want. Hope that makes sense. Ie I want for example "TITLE" and then "comment". They are also appearing all in one sentence despite me putting in a carriage return so they are on separate lines. How can I change this.

Please give us a link to a small test album that shows the problem. Using the default settings in Tiger, that's exactly what I get - the bold title on one line, and the normal-weight comment on the next line. This appears on both the thumbnail and on the slide image.

And where are you putting in a carriage return?

Hi not sure how to show you a test album, but this is the main site I'm using it for on the link below. In the link the first row shows all the titles and text in ordinary type no bold. I want the title to show in "bold". The comment which starts with "sold" should be on a new line and isn't even though if you look at the html in JAlbum there is a

If you scroll down to the pictures titled Rockley Lane and November Sun that is more how I want it ie title in Bold and comment not in bold. Hope that and the bit below makes sense.

In JAlbum itself they show correctly, but once uploaded it all goes to pot.

This is the html (damn doesn't show, but the text shows correctly on here) from JAlbum itself for the 4th picture along on the site "A Country Lane", which when I've posted shows correctly here. Just not on the actual website.

A COUNTRY LANE

(10459)

Sold 23 October 2018, seller unknown

Sold Marlborough Auction Rooms Limited

15 February 2020

Then advertised Ebay 2020

Not known if sold

The problem is that you're entering the whole thing as a comment, rather than entering the title as a title, and the rest of it as a comment.

Take a look at the attached screenshots. The entries.png shot shows where to enter the different pieces. The other two screenshots show the result, both on the thumbnail page and on the slide (lightbox) image.

ETA: BTW, steer clear of the HTML Editor in jAlbum. It just creates tag soup, with a bunch of unneeded tags.

Doh......

Thank you. So simple when you know how. I'll look in detail and make the appropriate changes.

Should add now, that is perfect. Gonna take a day or two to alter, but thank you so much.
