Settings change, no save message

Change the pages settings 'Make slide pages' from the current state to the other. No change indicator light and no save changes message on closing the project.

The change indicator was working in an earlier beta.

I am aware of this. I have to exclude that setting from the logic as some skins were playing with that setting in background threads.
