No watermarks in JAlbum 30.2

Hello all ....

I am using v30.2 and have set up a watermark in Effects. It is not displayed in any of my images however.

I am on Windows 10

Any help gratefully accepted.

Make sure you haven't chosen Settings > Pages > Link to originals. jAlbum will never alter your originals, so any effects, like a watermark, will be ignored if you choose that option.

ETA: And also make sure you haven't chosen Settings > Advanced > General > Process only updated subdirectories. Adding a watermark isn't an "update."

An easy one to miss - the app doesn't really warn you about it anywhere.
