Zip File Download: All vs Per Folder (Story Skin)

I've enabled Download originals option and this creates a zip file for each folder which can be downloaded. When on the home page (i.e., above all the folders) there is a download button that I'd assumed would allow either downloading all or a selection of the folder's zip files, but when I click on it nothing happens.

Is there something I need to do to enable this button or is the download button just there for all the views but only works within the folders?

Yes, there's no such option to download the whole album, only per folder.
