German "Umlaut" characters not supported in folder names.

German Umlaut characters (üöäÜÖÄß) are not supported in folder names.

In Picture 29-03-2023_19-27-29.jpg there is a highlighted subfolder "2013-03-23 Duesseldorf Rams III - Düsseldorf Flyers I". Düsseldorf is twice in this folder name: without Umlaut (Duesseldorf) and with Umlaut (Düsseldorf).
The corresponding folder picture (see picture 29-03-2023_19-27-57.jpg) is missing in the published website. It is NOT missing in the jAlbum preview window.
I had the same error with the other 4 folders when Düsseldorf was spelled with "ü" Umlaut. I changed "ü" into "ue" in these 4 folders and the pictures for these folders became error free, but not for the highlighted folder, because I have overseen the second "Düsseldorf Flyers I".

You should turn on Settings / Advanced / Naming / Remove diacritics. This should be the default setting IMO. Also, check if Settings / Advanced / Write UTF-8 is on.
