Some issues
Posted: 9 Feb 23, 10:21

Hello, I have an old version of jalbum, so maybe this the reason why i have the following issues.
To renew my licence, i wih to solve these issues.
1. A "home button" is missing on the first screen. Though i filled the field "Pages/Link to external homepage"
2. I don't see how to fill the "Hero section" (the top large banner) with an image i choose. I thought the image was the image i choosed with "use as folder thumbnail" in the Explore screen.
3. How can i position the Hero image, now i have only the top part of the photo ?
4. Some parameters are lost from time to time when re launching jalbum, though i carefully click on Apply on each screen then OK. For example the height of the Hero, which comes back to 240.

Thanx !

Helpful
1. The Home button should be there as an "Up link" (next to the title) and as a Home icon in the top navigation (if enabled).
2. There are two images that can be picked: one for the folder thumbnail (as you did) and one other for the "Theme image" - used as Hero background. Drag and drop the selected image in the right panel's target area.
3. You can move the crop focus in the Theme image area.
4. I don't really know why the "Apply" button is still there. Simply use the OK button. If you save the project, the Hero height should be reserved. If not, that's a jAlbum bug. If you see this often and can reproduce this error, you can report it in the Bug reports thread.

Woow, quick & precise answers, many thanks.
1. OK
2. OK. It took a while to find out where is "theme image".
3. OK "move the crop focus". Very clever. I didn't notice that.
4. OK.
Info : nice sun in France.
