Tiger-Background music mp3 files visible/ play in Win 10 - not Android 11?

Created a web album and added some background mp3 music files- nice feature. The music player interface seems to function perfectly in any desktop browser under Windows 10 -hovering shows the player and list of music files choices, and clicking play button starts the music

On my phone (android 11) no music file list is visible/listed when clicking on the play button in the mobile interface (tried chrome, firefox, and samsung browsers) and so no music files are available to play.

The Win and Android browsers are accessing the same URL and files, so might it be a platform-specific issue?

All is working well now, but without a clear explanation why it was not before. I have been updating my website frequently, so it's possible it was a temporary server or cache issue. But the music player in Tiger is now working just fine in Android browsers.
