When you make the album, it's already on your C: drive. There's no need to "upload" it anywhere. You can move the output anywhere you like, in Windows File Explorer.

But remember that if you're using one of the JSON-based skins, like Tiger, the album must be viewed from a server. That server can be on a web host, or it can be the jAlbum internal server (used for previews), or you can run server software on your PC. But you can't view such an album by double-clicking the index.html file on your C: drive, for some weird security reasons.

No. The application is written in Java, but the albums are ordinary HTML/CSS/Javascript, viewable in any browser.

In fact, since Java is bundled with the application, you don't even need to install Java on your own computer to run the program.
