Do I have to enable Google Analytics if it is already enabled on the site?

I already enabled Google analytics on my self-hosted WordPress website.
Do I need to enable Google analytics on Tiger/Advanced/Site admin tab as well? Or does my site-wide setting cover under that site, including jAlbum galleries?

Correct
On Google Analytics, the only pages that "phone home" to Google are those that have the analytics code embedded in them. There's no "trickle down" effect at all.
