I would like to be able to have my keywords, photo titles and comments available to be indexed by Google bots. I understand they are only exposed when Lightbox shows the image, but I wish there were some way they could be copied into a form that is readable and indexed by Google or that the tag cloud could be used by Google indexing, or the metadata could be copied to the thumbnails, if the thumbnail metadata is indexed by Google.

The Google search engine actually executes the Javascript on the page, so it's seeing everything that's dynamically shown in the modal windows. It's been doing that for at least the last seven years.

Whether or not your images are coughed up when someone does a Google search is another subject entirely. Particularly when it comes to images, there seems to be no rhyme or reason to it. It may simply be that Google prioritizes search results when other pages link to your site.

Furthermore, the album pages refer to a "MediaRSS" file (xml based) that can assist with indexing.

If the skin shows a caption / title / keyword also as hint in the index / thumbnails page, it is indexed by Google. Try for instance to search for:

"Twee weken oud en over 1½ jaar geconsumeerd!"

As a result, you see links to the index page and you see the images.
I did not see a link to the lightbox: https://andrewolff.jalbum.net/FB_JustifiedGallery/#S-23
