the setting design> images> minature-layout> Matrix >aspect-ratio and distance is not available!?

Story: 2.18.2
Jalbum: 28.1.5

This appears to be a problem with one (or more) of the "look and feel" settings, combined with overly-verbose German translations in the skin.

Try: Tools > Optionen > Ansicht > Systemstandard. Restart jAlbum.

That should give you access to the blocked settings.
