Best export settings for Lightroom

After processing my photos in Lightroom I export my pictures from dng to jpeg format.
I use the settings: quality 90% resolution 75 pixels/inch, No sharping
I wonder are this the best settings or should I raise the resolution to 150 or 300 pixels / inch ?
Or should I use another file format?
What do other LR users use?
Edit;
I made this test album with 75 dpi, 150dpi and 300dpi exports. There are no differences in file sizes and I think it the output results are the same.

The setting of pixels per inch is for print use, nothing to do with displaying on screen. It is the number of pixels that count.
For maximum quality, best dynamic range, highlight recovery potential the best file type is raw.

Correct, my test album proves this.
For maximum quality, best dynamic range, highlight recovery potential the best file type is raw.
That is the theory, so I added to my test album a folder with exported RAW images in DNG-format:
You see what I said earlier, jAlbum can't handle RAW files exported from LR.
The cropping done in LR is lost, because jAlbum ignores all LR edits.
The file size of the DNG images is about 6x the file size of the JPEG images.

The reason for using raw files is to maximise quality until you have finished processing the image, then you convert to the most suitable file format for whatever comes next. There is no point in processing a raw image in another application and then adding it to jAlbum as a raw file. Either process it in Lightroom or jAlbum, not both.
I process my raw files in ON1, when finished I export a jpg to jAlbum, with the size I want and set it to use original. Then there is no further processing, recompression etc.

So you are not using variants or WebP images?

Correct, except for the Journal sample album which Journal supports

I tested this plugin in the past, it is too complicated for me.
i put all images for an album in one folder and exports that folder to jAlbum, simple and easy too folloiw.

If you need to enlarge images, or want to crop an image to focus on a part of the frame, or even sharpen a blurry image have a look at the results of ON1 Resize

Well I know ON1 2021 a little, it has impressive possibilities, but the learning curve is steep if you come from LR.
The biggest problem for me is that ON1 can’t geotag photos with a GPS track, what is easy to do in LR.

They have plugins for Lightroom, and other platforms too.
