Connection error when downloading an album

I have upgraded to JAlbum 27 yesterday and this morning I get a connection error to the jalbum server (see attached screen shot of the dialog).

I have tried with 2 different albums (so this is not related to one specific album).

My Internet connection works fine, and the problem seems to be related to the album download only, as I can post on this forum or I can access my albums already posted.

It's not necessarily linked to JAlbum 27, as the strange thing is that I had this error once this morning, retried and the download could work, and since then it's failing each time?!

You mean uploading.

When you bring files from the cloud down to your PC, that's downloading.

When you send files from your PC up to the cloud, that's uploading.

Moving this thread, and see the other threads on the same subject.

See if you can upload the same album using FileZilla, and if not, contact those who administer your ftp server.
