I think it may be aesthetically pleasing to allow for rounded corners on boxes. Though not certain if that would be a jAlbum or skin modification.

Thanks,
Jeff

I think that is possible with most skins for example with my FancyBox skin as you can see in this example album

Corner radii were all the rage 15 years ago, then fell out of fashion. But now, they're back, at least in a limited form (i.e., not too rounded). One of the more obvious changes in Windows 11, for example, is that small corner radii are back. IIRC, OS boxes were rounded in Win7, squared off in Win8 and Win10. They've always been present in macOS.

On a web page, it's purely a matter of CSS (i.e., the operating system has nothing to do with it). In some skins, there are settings for them, but even in the skins where those settings are absent, you can usually provide your own custom CSS to apply them to whichever page elements you want.

Ok, I'll check into that.

I also may ask the skin developers to look into that if they would. Usually, built-in solutions are better than workarounds. But for now, I'll investigate.

Thanks

Yes, sometimes the CSS is simple, but often, it's very messy.

In fact, in poking around in one of my skins, I discovered that the corner radii sometimes don't behave. I hadn't tried them in years, with lots of intervening layout changes. On the list for some fixing....

I've added much more border radius control to Saturn. If used sparingly, this can knock the corners off sharp boxes. An example:

Aesthetically, I wouldn't go much beyond 5px, however. More than that ends up looking cartoonish.

Saturn is a lightbox skin. Jupiter, a "slide pages" skin, has always had this option.
